May of 2019, Chong Wai cooperated with Sunsho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Japan and Taiwan SANLI Container to develop medical containers. Two medical containers were shipped to Japan in Octobor of 2019 and shipped to Togane City, Chiba on April of 2020. The Higashi Chiba Medical Center provides medical services and provides medical first aid station services at the Mountain Fuji fifth station during the F1 Super Formula racing period.
In response to the discovery of the COVID-19 in December 2019 and the subsequent viral pandemic around the world, Chong Wai upheld the spirit of humanitarian relief and extended its medical engineering expertise to medical container planning. In July 2020, we were honored to accept the invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan to assist in the planning of medical containers for diplomatic countries aid program.
May 2020, we jointly developed a medical containers - negative pressure isolation sample room with Taiwan SANLI Container.
July 2020, coincides with Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs planning to provide medical assistance programs to diplomatic allies, including Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Tuvalu, and the Republic of Nauru, in response to the COVID-19 epidemic.
Director General of the Department of Asia, East and Pacific Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visited the medical container.
August 2020, Chong Wai visited various responsible hospitals to present and introduce medical containers, understood the suggested needs of each hospital, and subsequently provided design planning.
November 2020, Shin Kong Hospital announced a tender for medical containers and Chong Wai successfully awarded this contract.
January 2021, a visit was made to Ambassador Mr. David Adams Orrukem of Palau in Taiwan to explain the medical container project.
September 2021, six medical containers were constructed, including two negative pressure isolation rooms, one screening station, one fever screening station, and two laboratories.
October 2021, medical containers were shipped to Palau, and a Taiwanese engineering team traveled to the location to assemble and set up the medical containers. Transportation arrangements were made for land transport to the international airport and hospitals
